So I finally tried the rice water challenge as it supposed to be done: as the Yao women do! Of course a few steps into this rice water routine have to be changed, due the lack of space and equipment 😅 however at the end it turned out to be pretty good challenge for anyone interested in trying the Yao rice water method for seven days.

⚠️ PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE PROTEIN SENSITIVITY OR PROTEIN OVERLOAD YOUR HAIR COULD DEVELOP DURING THIS ENTIRE RICE WATER CHALLENGE ⚠️

Remember, at the end I was washing my hair with 4 cups of fermented rice water and then rinse off the rice water out of my hair with 8 cups of distilled water. You can use filter water, and try to avoid at all cost tap water during this challenge.
