Potato bites - 6 to 7 serving

Ingredients:-

6 boiled potato
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1+1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 Hosp spring onion
2 cube processed cheese
3 tbsp bread crumbs

First coating:-
4 tbsp Jawar atta (Sorghum Flour)
1 tsp Salt
Or you can use this method:-
2 tbsp all propose flour
2 tbsp cornflour

Outer coating:-
2 cup Bread crumbs or Panko
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Origano

Boil and mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, spices, salt, and herbs. Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture. Heat a little butter or oil and add it to the mixture for extra flavor, then mix again until well combined. Shape the mixture into cutlets of any size you like. Freeze for 30 minutes. Prepare a slurry by mixing flour with water. Dip each cutlet in the slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Freeze for 10 minutes before frying. Shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
