Deep fried breaded chicken tenders

Ingredients:
1 pound of chicken breast
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
Two eggs
One cup of butter, milk
1 tablespoon season
1 tablespoon of
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
2 cups of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of hot sauce of your choice
In a medium bowl, mix your buttermilk with your hot sauce. Set that
Now take your chicken breast place them on a cutting board and cover them with saran wrap. Take something like a mallet or a rolling pin and beat on your chicken breast to tenderize them. Try to get them to the same thickness all the way around about an inch. Once you’ve done that, cut them into tender sized chicken pieces try to get them to be uniform size.
Place your chicken tenders into your bowl of buttermilk and hot sauce and cover it with saran wrap. Place this in the refrigerator for one hour to marinade.
In a medium bowl, you will want to mix your one and a half cup of flour with your 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt, 1 tablespoon of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Set that aside.
Once your chicken has marinated for one hour, take it out and make your station of a bowl of your flower mixture with your seasoning. Then take your two eggs and put them in a bowl and beat them. Prepare your sauce pan with your 2 cups of oil and start heating it up to get it up to 350.
Now start dipping your chicken tenders take them from your buttermilk and dip that into the flower, then take that same piece and dip it into the egg mixture and back into the flower. Go ahead and prepare all your chicken tenders and place them on a platter. You will want to get a cookie sheet with some type of a rack that you can place your tenders on to let the grease runoff once you have fried them. when your grease is up to 350 you can start to fry in your chicken tenders you will want to put 2 to 3 in at a time fry them for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side then turn them over and fry them for another 3 to 4 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check your temperature of your chicken, it needs to be at least 165°. Let your chicken tenders cool and use your favorite dipping sauce! Enjoy!
