Cheesy scallop ham and potatoes

Ingredients:
7-8 russet potatoes
2 cups of cubed ham of your choice
 one and a half cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of flour
3 cups of milk
 one and a half teaspoons of kosher salt divided three times
3/4 teaspoon of pepper divided three times
3/4 teaspoon of onion powder divided three times

Preheat your oven to 400°
Spray a 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish of your choice with Pam or use butter

Start by layering 1/3 of your potatoes in the bottom of your casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1/3 of your kosher salt, 1/3 of your pepper and 1/3 of your onion powder over the potatoes. Layer 1/3 of your ham over your potatoes. Now sprinkle a half a cup of your cheese over this.  repeat this two more times and then sprinkle the remainder of your cheese on top of your potato dish. Once this is completed, pour your 3 cups of milk over your dish and this should cover your potatoes and ham about 3/4 of the way. Place either aluminum foil or a lid over your dish and bake for 30 minutes after 30 minutes. Take your lid off and finish baking your dish for another 30 minutes. Check your potatoes, making sure they are tender if they are not tender, bake them a little longer.
