Scalloped Potatoes, UPDATED TEMP: BAKE: 400 degrees F for 1.5 hr. covered with foil, AND 20 min.
Ingredients: with no foil, until golden, and fork
4 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter is easily inserted.
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
3 Tbsp. Flour
3-1/2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Ham or Turkey Ham, diced
8 Medium Potatoes
Garlic Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika sprinkled on top (optional)
