2 cups of Sharp Shredded cheese
1 lb of cooked ham steak
1 Med size onion
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of Milk
2 tsp of seasoned salt ( or to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
8 med sized potatoes (or 1 to 2 potatoes per person)
