Parents today face an impossible choice: keep their kids in a system designed to break them or take matters into their own hands without any idea where to start. In this final installment of “The Poisoning of the American Mind,” I share my family’s radical journey through Montessori, Waldorf, Acton Academy, and Catholic schools. With each shift, my wife and I noticed a problem and did our best to find a solution. If there’s one thing you can take from my experience, it’s that the one-size-fits-all public school model couldn’t be further from correct. Different kids need different approaches to education at different ages, and they all need school choice.
