First Time Making Cheese at Home | Mozzarella & Cottage Cheese

Mozzarella With Vinegar
Heat 1/2 gallon whole milk to 110°F slowly. Stir Occasionally
Add 7 tablespoons of vinegar. Stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and put lid on. Rest for 5 minutes.
Form curds into ball.
Add salt (I added 1 tablespoon. Adjust to how salty you want.) Heat to 160°F. Remove from heat.
Form into ball. Stretch and repeat until smooth and glossy.
Put ball of mozzarella in bowl of cold water. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Dry mozzarella ball and refrigerate.
