Meet Irene Sanchez, one of our main teachers on this course and our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. Irene is trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga and has been teaching since 2018 in Spain and Thailand. She specializes in Yin and Aerial Yoga and is passionate about using yoga as a tool for personal growth and connection.
Through her journey with Yin Yoga, Irene left her corporate job and now embodies the power of yoga to connect deeply with oneself. Her classes focus on alignment and adjustments, with an inclusive approach that honors all body types. Irene bridges the esoteric and materialistic worlds, creating a space for transformation through mindful practice and self-discovery.
