Recipe:
300ml Coco Mama
3 Tbsp atsuete oil
1/2 Tbsp fresh turmeric
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp cocojam
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp onion
1 Tbsp Ginger
2 Tbsp Bagoong
1 pc chili
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp patis
300g large white shrimp
buko shell with buko meat inside
2 cups buko water
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp curry powder
For the shrimp
1 cup coconut water
salt and pepper
300-400g shrimps.
