Massimo Bottura - Japanese Style Soup - Kitchen Quarantine

Wednesday, March 18, 2020 - We decided to travel around the world to Japan - the birth country of one of my sous chefs Takahiko Kondo. We created a Japanese inspired soup and added a couple of delicious ingredients sent from our dear friend Wicky Priyan - chef at Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine in Milan. YUM!

Mercoledì 18 Marzo 2020 – Abbiamo deciso di girare il mondo e fermarci in Giappone. É un paese che da sempre esporta ispirazione, sapori e colori - è anche il paese natale di uno dei miei sous chef, Takahiko Kondo. Partendo da una base giapponese, abbiamo aggiunto alcuni ingredienti spediti dal mio caro amico Wicky Priyan - chef a Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine a Milano. Buon Appetito!
