Mr. Madhab P Khanal served at several offices in Nepal Government between 1973 to 1997. Before his retirement in 1995 (2053 BS), he was "Chief Of Staff" at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nepal. He also served Nepal government at several Nepali embassies including India, Pakistan, UK and USA. When he was in active service, he has interesting stories that he has to tell. Some of them he revealed during my talk and some when we were offline. That reveals several incidents that happens in Nepal's foreign policies. This was an interview/podcast taken when he visited USA.
