In this video, Coach and Olympian, Luke Walton walks you through a little known tip to ensure your foot straps stay secure, no matter the stroke rating or intensity with which you row. Often times, as machines age, foot starts get worn and are prone to slipping. With this little known loop, swoop, and pull trick, you'll be sure your feet stay secure, no matter what! At the same time, Coach Walton encourages you not to become reliant on the foot straps, and to make sure you are still rowing with a super engaged core, and maintaining power against the feet and handle through the entirety of your drive.
