Mung Bean Filling:
Mung Bean: 1 bag (14 oz.)
Coconut Milk: 1 can (13-14 oz.) + water
Salt: 1/2 tsp.
Sugar: 1 cup
Rice Cake:
Rice Flour: 1 bag (16 oz.)
Pandan Water: 1 cup (boiled)
Coconut Milk: 1 can (14 oz.) + water (750 mL total)
Sugar: 1 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Egg: 2x
Oil: 2 tbsp.
Yeast Preparation:
Active Dry Yeast: 1 tbsp.
Very Warm Water: 4 tbsp.
Sugar: 1/2 tsp.
Filling value is good for 2x servings of rice cake.
Steam for 15-17 minutes.
Set aside for 2 hours before steaming.
