I suck a jumping. This is my attempt to improve my vertical leap with the post activation potentiation used in French Contrast Training for my lower body. To get my fast twitch muscle fibers going, I prime my muscles with heavy squats then more to vertical jumps. Then weighted jumps followed by overspeed jumps with a band. I do a 2-4 week training block...for 9 weeks, with a test before and after. Will it work? Just how much can I improve my vertical leap?
