A simple Guyanese recipe that can be enjoyed by many. It is a favorite in my my family and it is one we always enjoyed having on Sundays after church.
Ingredients:
Chicken
-2 tsp BBQ sauce
-1 lb chicken
-1 small onion
-4 garlic
-5 tsp Korean BBQ sauce
-salt to taste
1 tsp chicken seasoning
Shinerice
-2 cups brown rice
-1 onion
-1 tin coconut milk
-2 glasses of water
-salt to taste
-baby spinach
-2 tsp chicken seasoning
