Please don't try to measure exactly with this recipe. It's all about estimating and feeling the process to know how much of each ingredient to use, how long to knead, etc.
This is the recipe as it was taught to me during my years in Mexico. Every family will have a different variation with different instructions, so I am no way saying that anyone else's version is not authentic. This is the authentic recipe that was taught to me though, and that I've passed on to my daughters.
