Workout for your diaphragm and intercostal muscles with the O2Trainer

I recently discovered a great workout for your diaphragm and intercostals. It primarily focuses on the lowest part of your rib cage, where your diaphragm is attached, and also your front breathing muscles.
Currently, I alternate between the three exercises. One day I do #1 sitting, the next #2, and the next #1 lying down, back to #2, and so on. I repeat this process over and over again.
It's harder. I personally do 5 minutes with my O2Trainer. Just set a timer and go. I use setting number 2 (the correct way, complete inhale and exhale). I can do about 43 reps in those 5 minutes. With this exercise, it feels I can exhale more and inhale better. So I get about 33 reps in that time.
Try it out, this is personal preference. You can stick with numbers 1 and 2 as well, but I believe that when you do this, you will also feel the great benefits.
