Welcome to Fry-Yay episode #9. On today's episode, we make an American appetizer. I used 9 chicken wings for this recipe, which I cut into 9 flats and 9 drummettes.
Please see below for measurements used in this dish.
Seasoning Blend
1 tsp or 5g Maggi chicken seasoning
1 tsp or 5g adobo
1/2 tsp or 2.5g garlic powder
1/2 tsp or 2.5g paprika
1/2 tsp or 2.5g black pepper
1/2 tsp or 2.5g lemon pepper
1/4 tsp or 1.5g ground pimento/all-spice
1tsp or 5g green seasoning
Potato Wedges
white potatoes (cut into wedges)
1tsp or 5g salt
1tsp or 5g paprika
1tsp or 5g dehydrated onion
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp or 2.5ml dried parsley
2 tbsp or 30ml extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp or 15ml parmesan cheese
a sprinkle of Kinder’s buttery steakhouse (optional)
Blue cheese dip
1/3 cup or 79ml sour cream
1/4 cup or 59ml full fat mayo
1 tbsp or 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 half of lemon)
1/2 cup blue cheese (or stilton, roquefort or gorgonzola)
1/2 tsp or 2.5ml worcestershire sauce
Dredge
1 cup or 236ml cornstarch/cornflour
1 tsp or 5ml seasoning blend
