I have been using the Hevy app for a while now and I have fell in love with it. This is free workout app that can track your lifts, lifting metrics, and offers a comprehensive history of all of your previous numbers. This workout app is also Apple Watch compatible with Livesync which enables you to use it without the phone. In addition, it offers a lot of fun community driven features that make lifting more fun!

In this video, I will be reviewing the Hevy app to see if it is not only the best free workout app but also if the lifetime subscription is worth it.
