Bridgwater Carnival 5th November 2022.

Something a bit different for this video, there are a couple of trains involved if you watch carefully.
I was a "Bridgwater Carnival Virgin" as they say, until yesterday and I thought I would share this Spectacular event with you all. I can honestly say it is an assault on the senses and to much to take in. You will watch this more than once because it's impossible to take it all in all that is happening before your eyes.
There are two main type of "Carts", all action or still (they have categories but I can't remember what they are), and the people who do the still ones do not move at all.
That procession took about 3 hours to go past, so imagine either having to dance or be totally still for that time.
Unfortunately I did not catch everything because being in a stand, people got in the way of the camera for various reasons, it happens.
After the Carnival an event called "Squibbing" takes place on the High Street where around 200 People from the Carnival Clubs line either side of the road, each holding a very large firework on a stick which is quite a site.
