Build huge biceps using dumbbells and your bodyweight. In this video I will be taking you guys through a killer 10 min bodyweight and bicep workout. This is a hybrid style (calisthenics and dumbbell) bicep workout. We will be going through 10 different effective bicep exercises. You will get a CRAZY and serious pump in your biceps.
You will also build the accessory muscles such as your brachialis and more of your forearm muscles. This workout will also help you improve your overall biceps/arm strength. This bicep routine will consist of 10 different exercises with the usual time frame.
If you don't have access to any dumbbells you can simply repeat the bodyweight bicep exercises twice. The keys to building bigger biceps us to pump the muscle through effective reps and tension. This bicep workout will do just that for you!
