500g Glutinous rice (soaked 1 hour) 500克 糯米 (浸泡1小时)
80g Dried prawns 80克 虾米
40g Shiitake mushrooms, shred 40克 香菇, 切条
6 small red onion, sliced 6粒 小洋葱, 切片
Water 水

Seasonings调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
