Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup curd
1 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 cup milk
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add curd, oil/butter, and milk.
Mix everything well until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Add cake tint if you like.
Pour the batter into a greased cake tint.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes in an air fryer or oven (time may vary slightly depending on appliance).
Chocolate Cream (Frosting) Ingredients
3 spoons cocoa powder
3 spoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon coffee
2 cups milk
A little butter
Instructions
Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, coffee, milk, and butter to a pan.
Mix everything well.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously so it doesn't burn or form lumps.
Once it cools down, spread it evenly over the cake.
Add choco chips or nuts on top for decoration.
