🥣 Ingredients:
22 grams of butter, 70 grams of egg white, 35 grams of sugar, 18 grams of low protein flour, 150 grams of almond flakes.
🥣 材料:
黄油 22克,蛋清 70克,细砂糖 35克,低筋面粉 18克,杏仁片 150克。
📝做法 Methods:
1. 先融化黄油,然后和蛋清和糖一起搅打均匀。
Melt butter, and mix with egg white and sugar.
‼️一开始就在蛋清中加入黄油,可以很有效的避免蛋清被打发。
Beat the egg whites with melt butter to avoid egg white stiffly.
2. 筛入低筋面粉,拌匀。
Sift in low protein flour and mix well.
3. 加入杏仁片,用橡皮刮刀轻柔的把它们混合均匀。
Add almond flakes and use a squeegee to gently mix them together.
4. 盖上盖子或是保鲜膜,静置1小时再烤。
Cover and let it sit for 1 hour before baking.
5. 把混合物倒入烤盘中,用橡皮刮刀和叉子把它们摊开、摊薄。
Place the mixture into the tray, spread them out with a squeegee and fork.
‼️烤盘记得垫烘焙纸,并且最好是用小夹子固定住。
Line the baking tray with baking paper, and secure with small clips.
‼️烤盘尺寸: 28x28cm
size: 28x28cm
6. 送入预热好的烤箱,160°C ,烤25分钟。
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes.
‼️最后5分钟的时候,建议守在烤箱边上,随时观察杏仁瓦片的状态以免烤焦,一旦变成金黄色了就可以取出了。
Stay close to the oven and keep an eye on the almond tuiles to avoid burning in the last 5 minutes. Once it's golden brown, you can take it out.
7. 出炉以后要趁热把它切成你想要的形状跟大小。
Cut it into the shape and size you want when hot.
