Ingredients:
• 2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, softened
•. 1/4 (50g) granulated sugar
• ¾ cup (150g) brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1 teaspoon corn flour
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups (340g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet or mix)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line baking trays with parchment paper.
2.In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and beating well until well combined each addition.
4 . Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix just until combined.
5 . Fold in the chocolate chips.
6 . Scoop dough (about 1.5 tbsp per cookie) onto baking tray, leaving space between.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
8. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
