Lower body sweaty workout is more of a endurance (cardio) based lower body session with minimal rest times between exercises. 15 Seconds transition time will keep that heart rate up and muscles working, meaning a sweaty workout. Try and lift the same weights that you have been for the challenge to keep that intensity. Lower body sweaty workout is a no repeats workout that focuses on quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes.
Workout Description ⤵️
Warm up - 3.5 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
Main Section - 25 Mins, 20 exercises, 60 Secs on, 15 Secs off
Cool down - 3 Mins, 30 seconds on each exercise
