Welcome to the LoveLight Guided Meditation for boosting your immune system and for releasing fear. This video is done in both English and in Italian as we have close connections to Italy and wanted to make this mediation available for everyone there as well. With everything going on in the world right now with the corona virus and with other lower vibrational things happening, we can raise our vibration to minimize the impact.
This meditation uses powerful healing energy and Divine Light for raising your vibration, boosting your immune system, releasing fear, and grounding in your spiritual vibration.

Oggi faremo una meditazione guidata usando i centri di luce per rafforzare il sistema immunitario e aiutarci a non vivere nella paura.
Con tutto quello che succede nel mondo al giorno d’oggi, tra il Coronavirus e altre cose a basse vibrazioni che succedono, Possiamo alzare le nostre vibrazioni e minimizzare gli effetti di tutto questo su di noi. Nel nostro corpo sono presenti 13 centri di luce principali, che vanno da circa 3 metri sotto ai nostri piedi fino a circa 4 metri sopra la nostra testa. I centri di luce sono a forma di dodecaedro e hanno una struttura cristallina. Ogni centro di luce possiede aspetti e caratteristiche diverse, e la guarigione o il rilascio di blocchi su di essi presenti, porta ad unire la nostra parte spirituale a questa esperienza umana di ogni giorno.

In this video we will use our new energy centers, called light centers, within the outermost part of the energy field to bring in Divine light and anchor ourselves in a higher vibration. These light centers are different than the chakras as they:
-go from 11 feet below our feet to 12 feet above our head (13 different light centers in total.)
-are crystalline in form and hold our spiritual vibration
-allow us to radiate our spiritual light in a physical way
-help us raise our vibration quickly and with ease
