Guwahati to Dirang is a distance of 310 km, if you start early from Guwahati and take less breaks then you can reach Dirang on the same day, otherwise its better to do first night stay at Bomdila then next day stay at Dirang.

Dirang is a minimum 2 night destination - we stayed here for 3 nights and explored the beautiful villages around Dirang.

After lunch we continued our journey to Sangti Valley which was about 7 km from Dirang.

In the evening we reached Sangti Valley where we met with the owner of Lanjom Homestay.

He guided us to the Sangti Valley where we had a great time with a local family of Sangti Village. We got to know about their tradition and culture.

Sangti valley is a nice village- it is advisable to spend one night at this village.
