Whether you're new to Bakasana (Crane Pose) or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find techniques and drills in this video to hone and strengthen your practice. You can do the whole set as a 6-minute mini practice, or weave these elements into your regular flow. It's a lot of core / front body work, so I recommend some gentle backbending (like Cobra, Up Dog, Locust, or Bow) afterwards to release. Enjoy!!
