"Do Something: The Jeffrey Modell Story" is a documentary about two parents' resolve to help others in light of the devastating loss of their son. Jeffrey Modell was born with Primary Immunodeficiency (PI), a genetic disorder that weakened his immune system, leaving him susceptible to severe infections that ultimately took his life at the age of 15. Motivated by their son's #inspiring plea of #DoSomething, Vicki and Fred Modell turned their pain into purpose by founding the Jeffrey Modell Foundation. Their tireless efforts have improved the lives of millions of PI #patients worldwide. "That we have saved at least one life, that gives us great satisfaction," says Vicki.
