Dieses Rezept ist schnell und einfach – perfekt auch für Anfänger.
Es sind keine besonderen Backkenntnisse oder Geräte nötig, und der Teig ist in wenigen Schritten fertig.
Ideal für alle, die gerade erst mit dem Backen anfangen und trotzdem köstliche, hausgemachte Cookies genießen möchten.
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour — 250 g (about 2 cups)
Cornstarch — 1 tsp
Baking powder — ¾ tsp
Baking soda — ½ tsp
Salt — ½ tsp
Brown sugar — 120 g (½ cup, packed)
Granulated sugar — 40 g (about 3 tbsp)
Unsalted butter — 160 g, softened
Eggs — 2 large, cold
Milk chocolate — 120 g, chopped
Walnuts — 120 g, toasted and chopped
Raisins — 70 g
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs and both sugars. Mix until blended.
Add the softened butter and stir with a spoon, then briefly beat with a mixer until just combined and creamy.
Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
The dough should be thick, soft, and slightly sticky.
Fold in the toasted walnuts.
Add the raisins and mix gently.
Chop the milk chocolate, add it to the dough, and mix until evenly distributed
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon, leaving plenty of space between cookies, as they will spread while baking.
Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
