Pour little bit water
Make a paste.
Chana Chaat Assembling:
Oil : 1 tbsp
Cumin : 1/2 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
Boiled Chickpea : 250 gram
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for a minutes.
tamarind pulp : 1/4 cup
Cucumber chunks : 1
Onion chopped : 1 small size
Tomato chopped : 1
Boiled potato : 2 medium size
Green chili paste : 1 to 2
Fresh coriander chopped
Mint chopped
Lemon juice
