This 10 minute booty workout + ankle weights (mine weighted 2kg each) will give you a perky booty and grow your butt. I included the weights for more burn and to focus on booty isolated exercises that help you grow it faster. During these 10 minutes, we focus on lifting the bum, make it nice, pumped and perky. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.
