Tips :
To make clear ice need to use boiled
water instead of the unboiled water! Anyway this is optional.
製作比較清澈的冰塊需要用煮沸

Boil the water twice. Boiling can eliminate the bubbles in the water, so that water molecules in the icing process can be more tightly bonded together.
After boiling for the first time, let the water cool and then boil again.
When cooling the water, remember to cover the lid, prevent any dust accumulation.
將水煮沸兩次。煮沸能够將水里的气泡消除，使水分子在結冰的過程中能够更緊貼合在一起。
第一次煮沸後，讓水放冷，然後再煮沸一次。
冷却時記得蓋上盖子，以免表面有灰塵。
