When I put my mini lathe into reverse it caused the gears for the power feed to grind horribly. In this series of videos I take you with me on a journey to diagnose what the problem is and to work out how to fix it.
In Part 3 I hit yet more snags with bringing the feed reverse lever into the modern age and are once again forced to improvise. Fortunately I like improvising so join me as I make a custom boring bar from a length of mild steel and a cutter from an old end mill.
