Churros in a Box
This snack is a fried dough and it taste like cinnamon doughnuts. Churros are delicious when freshly made. It is crispy in the outside and soft on the inside. You can dip this in your favorite chocolate dip or you can make a variety of dips like caramel, Nutella, fruit jam and white chocolate dip.
Churros:
1 cup water
3 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp margarine
1 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence(optional)

Cinnamon-sugar coating:
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Chocolate Dip:
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup white sugar(more if preferred)
1/2 tsp coffee powder
a pinch of salt

Peanut butter dip:
1/2 cup evaporated milk(more if needed)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Nutella dip:
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/8 cup white sugar(more if preferred)
