Join Shali for a 45-minute full-body yoga stretching session that incorporates both chair and mat poses and offers a gentle yet comprehensive way to release tension from head to toe and improve mobility. The session begins with standing / grounding poses and then transitions into chair-supported stretches to lengthen and awaken the legs, using the chair for balance during hamstring, calf, and quad openers. Once the lower body is warm, we move to the mat for deeper hip and back stretches, combining slow, mindful movements with longer holds to encourage mobility and relaxation.
