This routine is all about fixing the effects of too much sitting: lengthening your spine, opening up your chest, and bringing life back into your back and shoulders.
Perfect after a long study/work session, post-workout or just last thing before sleep. There’s really no bad time to give your body this love.
No equipment needed — just grab a soft surface like a mat or towel, and you’re good to go ♥
