Flat Beans - 250g
Onion - 1no ( medium size )
Chopped Garlic - 1tbsp
Dried chilli - 3nos ( total )
Green chilli - 1no.
Chopped Coriander leaves - 2Tbsp
A small amount of Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil - 2tbsp + ½tbsp
