1. Deadlift Rack Pulls
Pro-Tip: Pull your shoulder back to target your upper back
2. Barbell Rows
Pro-Tip: Pause at the beginning and end of the rep to make it more difficult
3. Dumbbell Rows
Pro-Tip: Drive your elbow to your hip and focus on the stretch.
