Pole Trick Tutorial: Hip Hold (Intermediate)

This is Tutorial Number 6!

It’s time to get into the Hip Hold! 🧚🏼‍♀️

In this pole trick tutorial, it will show you the basic technique to get your Hip Hold and show you a gorgeous variation to spice it up!

Keep in mind that this is an intermediate pole trick and you should be able to safely hold your outside leg hang with no hands 🖐

Your pole grip-points are:
Upper leg
Waist
Upper arm
