In this video, I show how to prepare fish from scratch, step by step, in a simple village-style way.
I begin by removing the scales, intestines, and gill covers, then washing the fish thoroughly to keep it clean and fresh. I make shallow cuts on each fish so it cooks evenly and absorbs flavor well. After adding salt, I place the fish in the sunshine to drain off excess water. This step helps the fish fry better and become crispy.
While the fish is drying, I prepare a fresh vegetable salad using onions, cabbage, carrots, green pepper, and tomatoes. I mix everything with vinegar and mayonnaise, then keep the salad in the refrigerator to stay fresh.
Finally, I deep fry the sun-dried fish in hot oil, turning it until it becomes golden brown and well cooked on both sides.
This method is perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to learn traditional fish preparation using simple tools and natural techniques.
