Nowhere King | Brokenstar AMV | Warrior Cats

This AMV covers Brokenstar and his rise to power within Shadowclan.

I had the idea about a year ago now and thought it would be cool to portray Brokenstar similarly to how The Nowhere King was first introduced in Centaurworld (where this audio comes from), and I feel the idea and the song fits him very well. I really like the idea and the headcanon that Brokenstar, after his time in the forest had become a sort of Boogeyman for queens to scare their kits into behaving. I feel that the audio and this AMV would cover the tale.

It's weird to finally call this thing done after working on it off and on for several months. I'm pretty pleased with the final product though and I hope it brings others as much joy as the concept has brought me. I do have a potential sequel to this AMV planned, using another Centaurworld song, but I only have storyboards for it as of now so I have no clue if and when it will be finished.


Audio is from the Centaurworld soundtrack, characters and story are owned by Erin Hunter. The character designs are my own but based heavily on popular fan depictions.

Krita was used for the art/animation and editing/piecing together the AMV was done in Openshot.
