Manali travel vlog – Day 3.

In this video, we begin Day 3 of our Himachal road trip by checking out from our hotel in Kullu. After clearing our stay payments, we picked up our friend Diksha and decided to explore a lesser-known place near Kullu called Peej. Initially, we misunderstood the name as Peach, but after reaching there, we realized the actual place is called Peej.

The drive towards Peej was thrilling and risky, with narrow uphill roads where even a small mistake could be dangerous. As we slowly moved uphill, we witnessed breathtaking valley views of Kullu from above. The entire town appeared beautifully settled along the riverside, and we could also see Bijlee Mahadev on the opposite mountain, making the experience even more special.

Peej is known for its peaceful environment and a famous lone tree, making it a perfect spot for a short picnic or peaceful break. Since it was Sunday, many locals were visiting the place. After spending some quality time there, we decided to continue our journey as we planned to leave for Chandigarh by evening.

Later, we visited Manali Mall Road and explored the area. A fun debate followed as we compared different mall roads of Himachal Pradesh, including Manali, Shimla, and Solan. While returning to Kullu, it was disappointing to see garbage thrown near the river and roadside. This vlog also highlights the importance of keeping the mountains clean and respecting nature.

We then returned to Kullu, explored the local market and Sunday thrift market near the chogan ground, witnessed locals enjoying their time, and finally said goodbye to Kullu with a promise to visit again before starting our journey back home.
