Join me for a behind-the-scenes look into catering a destination wedding in gorgeous Joshua Tree, California. I travelled to a different country and handled everything from the shopping, transportation, prep, cooking, execution of service, clean up....and filming as a one-person team. This gig did not come without its challenges, but I can confidently say it has been the highlight of my career so far! I hope you enjoy watching and gain some insight into what a catering operation looks like.
I could not have done it without all of the help and support from the incredible wedding planner and of course the bride (who conceptualized all the gorgeous details), groom & wedding party. I am so grateful to have been a part of Ali & Marcus's beautiful day, it was truly magical.
