Y'all have seen this recipe on social media and we couldn't wait to try it! It's got a fancy name, but tastes like the best mouthful of southern comfort you've ever tasted! Easy too!
Neiman Marcus Chicken Casserole
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
dash of Hot Sauce
4 cups cooked Chicken (pulled or chopped)
1/2 cup Bacon (6 slices - cooked/chopped)
**We added some chicken broth, probably about 2/3 cup to keep it from being dry.
Mix these ingredients together and place into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with:
1-2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 stick Butter (melted)
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Delicious!
