Breathe, reduce swelling, and prevent the side-effects of lymphedema with Instructor Krista Dicks, Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist

✔️What you Need
Mat, a spot of carpet, your bed, a patch of grass...anywhere really!
Pillow to support your head
Theraband
Small squishy ball

💡 Try this video 1-2 times a week for 3 weeks to improve lymphatic flow. The lymphatic system relies on the movement of your body to properly function.
