Welcome back Dram Fam, to the Whisky Diary. This week we are taking a look at the Master of Malt 31 Year Old Gircan Single Cask!

This is what Master of Malt have to say about it (from their Website)

A great Girvan single grain Scotch here, distilled in 1990 and filled into ex-bourbon casks for a nice long slumber. Fast forward 30 years to 2022, and a little company called Master of Malt – purveying fine spirits to people with good taste – cracked open the casks and bottled it up as an independent release! An impressive liquid with a total outturn of 185 bottles. You're welcome.
