Even though it seems politically incorrect nowadays, Simon Jul Jørgensen claims to be a meat lover and a killer. However, he invites us to eat healthy and sustainable meat, even though it costs more. It is worth it to pay more for the farmers’ time and experience, and for the taste.
We produce so much meat that it needs to be frozen in meat banks. Simon Jul Jørgensen invites the consumers not to participate in that kind of growth in the meat industry, but rather ask for much healthier and environmentally concerned meat. He believes that taking small steps can have a huge impact for the next generations.
